Amarson request the customers not to accept any order with a broken seal at the time of the delivery. As our products are been through the process of quality control, we leave no room for any discrepancies. We double check the products for its quality, stitch, color and price that is been ordered and assure that no discrepancies arrive from amarson.
All the items returned by the customer for exchange and not for refund should be strictly unused and unwashed solely for hygiene purpose along with the original packaging, tags intact and original invoice that came along with the product, attached with the garment. Products returned without the tags / damaged tags / tags not intact / original invoice missing, will not be accepted at any cost and no exchange would be processed. All items purchased from (www.amarson.online) (with the exception of Kurta Sets, Sherwani, Waistcoats, Suits, Gift Vouchers and Free items) can be exchanged within 7 working days from the date of delivery (as recorded by the shipping provider). Shipment of the exchanging product may take around 7 to 10 days of delivery from the date of the product (already purchased) returned to amarson. On cross checking and double checking the product again, the exchangeable product would be set for shipment.
In a scenario where you have placed order for a particular garment which may not be available due to unforeseen reasons, the entire amount shall be refunded within 7-10 working days.
Only in exceptional cases where a wrong garment (incorrect size dispatched by Amarson / incorrect design dispatched by Amarson ) is delivered, an ‘exchange’ request along with photograph of the product(s) in question and copy of the original invoice should be sent at email@example.com within 48 hours from the receipt of the product. The request will be reviewed at our end and communicated to you via email. Upon authorization of exchange, we will gladly offer you an exchange (only in case of incorrect size) .
In case of a purchase against a credit note, the relevant shipping charges for that particular transaction (which includes all local shipping / courier costs, any international custom duty, local transport tax, VAT or any other local taxes of the customer’s country / state where the product is being shipped to) will have to be borne by the customer.
A mandatory quality check will be performed by our quality team for all exchangeable goods. This is subject to the return having met the following requirements:
- The product returned is unwashed and unused
- The product is returned with original packaging and appropriate tags on the garment with original invoice
- The product is returned within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer
- The product doesn’t include kurta sets, sherwani, waistcoats, suits, gift vouchers and free itemsThe returned goods have got to meet all the above-mentioned criteria and the ones that do not meet them will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No reimbursement will be provided by the company in the mentioned situation. The sole discretion of an exchange lies with Amarson.Order once placed on www.amarson.online cannot be cancelled at any stage and the amount paid for the product cannot be refunded or adjusted against any other purchases. Please read the cancellation policy before placing your cancellation.An online GIFT COUPON or credit note or offers cannot be redeemed at the brand retail store and vice versa. A Gift Coupon / Credit note cannot be redeemed for cash. Products purchased under offers / sale period are not eligible for refund / return.
