Most of the time, our customers would have a very good shopping experience with amarson online. But due to some reason a problem may occur. Amarson requests our customers to immediately communicate with us about the problem, which we may try to resolve under a mutual understanding. As mentioned already, in our policies, exchange can be done readily whereas no refund would be made under certain circumstances. It is always advised that the customers bring up the dispute directly to the knowledge of amarson and not through any other media. We try to resolve it at an earliest. In rare cases, the problem would be subject to Coimbatore Jurisdiction only.
