Cancellation Policy
You can cancel an order before the order is packed at our warehouse and is ready to be shipped, which we normally take 3 hours from the time of the order is been placed online. So you will get the total refund, once the cancellation is requested within 3 hours. Once the shipment is processed then no cancellation or refund can be made by amarson.
You can either send a message or call us at for immediate cancellation.
A cancellation confirmation mail or text message will be sent to you once the order is cancelled and the amount would be refunded to your account in 2 to 3 working days.
Refund Policy
Refund is initiated only when the order is cancelled before the product is ready for shipment which normally happens within 3 hours from the time of the order placed online. Otherwise no refund is made once the product is delivered. Either the customer can make an exchange of the product with the same cost.
